Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your use of crparker.com and any purchase of a print from CR Parker. By using this site, submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping, Returns & Cancellations policy.

The CR Parker website and print sales are operated by Black Horn Syndicate, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 North Gould Street, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Phone 888-455-0515. Email support@blkhorn.com. References to "CR Parker," "we," "us" and "our" mean Black Horn Syndicate, LLC.

Each photograph is offered as a limited edition fine art print of exactly fifteen, across all sizes. Prints are made to order on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 with a hand-torn deckled edge, then signed, numbered and blind-embossed by hand, and shipped with a certificate of authenticity. No artist's proofs or reprints are made, and a closed edition is never reopened. Images on screen are representations. Because each print is made and torn by hand, minor variation in tone, edge and border from what you see on your display is a natural characteristic of the work and is not a defect.

Your edition number is assigned when payment is completed, in the order payments are received. The price shown is the current price for the next available print in that edition and may change as the edition sells. The price you pay is confirmed at checkout.

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to the United States and internationally. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is accepted when payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or an edition that has closed, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout where required. For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, customs fees and local taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Every print is made to order and numbered to you. All sales are final, except as set out in our Shipping, Returns & Cancellations policy, which covers damage in transit, defects and cancellations, and forms part of these terms.

All photographs, text and design on this site are © Christopher R. Parker and are protected by copyright. Buying a print transfers ownership of that physical print only. It does not transfer copyright or grant any right to reproduce, scan, publish or create derivative works from the image. You may resell or transfer your print together with its certificate of authenticity. No content on this site may be copied or used, including to train any artificial intelligence model, without written permission.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact support@blkhorn.com before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email.

Except as stated in these terms, the site and prints are provided "as is" and "as available," without other warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion for at least 30 days. Any dispute not resolved will be decided by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, with a single arbitrator, in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you and we each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
