When you send an inquiry: your name, email address and message. When you browse: basic, aggregated usage information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate country.
3. How We Use It
To process and deliver your order, issue your certificate of authenticity, send order, shipping and delivery updates, respond to inquiries, maintain the edition record for each photograph, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
4. Who We Share It With
Only service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), our fine art print lab, shipping carriers, our email provider and our website and database hosting providers, each only as needed to do their job. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
5. The Edition Record
We keep a private record of who holds each numbered print so the provenance of every edition can be verified. This record is never published.
6. Cookies and Storage
The site uses only essential browser storage, for example to remember that you have already seen the opening sequence during a visit. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Retention and Security
We keep order records for as long as needed for the edition record, tax and legal purposes. Information is stored with reputable providers using industry-standard security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@blkhorn.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them. Some information must be kept to meet legal obligations and to maintain the edition record.
9. Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
